RESERVATION

To make a reservation, please email the following information to danaudaunchalets@gmail.com:

  1. Full name and contact details

  2. Choice of chalet(s)

  3. NUMBER OF ADULTS

  4. NUMBER OF CHILDREN (12 years and below)

  5. Check in date and check out date

 

If there are vacancies, we will respond with the total charges, payment details, and our bank account.

 

To confirm and secure a reservation, you MUST pay 50% of total charges (AS INDICATED, NOT LESS) via bank transfer. Reservations WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED OR SECURED IF PAYMENT MADE IS LESS THAN INDICATED.

IF YOUR CHECK IN DATE IS WITHIN 7 DAYS OR LESS FROM THE DAY OF YOUR REQUEST, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT VIA BANK TRANSFER.

We will temporarily hold the chosen chalet(s) for a limited time after we reply your request. IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE BY THE END OF THE SPECIFIED TIME GIVEN, YOUR RESERVATION IS CONSIDERED CANCELLED.
 

If there are any issues in making the transfer, please let us know and we will assist you in any way possible. 

Once you have made the payment, PLEASE EMAIL US A CLEAR AND LEGIBLE RECEIPT and your reservation will be confirmed. A confirmation slip will be sent to you within 24 hours.

 


 

RESERVATIONS FOR

FOUR CHALETS OR MORE

Reservations for three chalets or more MUST BE MADE AT LEAST ONE MONTH BEFORE THE CHECK IN DATE.

  2. Choice of chalets

  3. NUMBER OF ADULTS
    If possible please indicate how many for each chalet

  4. NUMBER OF CHILDREN (12 years and below)
    If possible please indicate how many for each chalet

  5. Check in date and check out date

 

If there are vacancies, we will respond with the total charges, payment details, and our bank account.

 

To confirm and secure a reservation, you MUST pay 60% of total charges (AS INDICATED, NOT LESS) via bank transfer. Reservations WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED OR SECURED IF PAYMENT MADE IS LESS THAN INDICATED.

We will temporarily hold the chosen chalet(s) for a limited time after we reply your request. IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE BY THE END OF THE SPECIFIED TIME GIVEN, YOUR RESERVATION IS CONSIDERED CANCELLED.

We are now required by the federal government to charge Tourism Tax or TTx, which is RM 10 per bedroom, per night for all non-Malaysians and foreign passport holders. Malaysian Nationals and permanent residents of Malaysia with MyPR are exempted. TTx is not included in the above total cost. The TTx is to be collected (cash only) by Danau Daun Chalets upon checking in.

BALANCE PAYMENT

You can pay the balance either via bank transfer at least a day before your check in date, or in cash on the day you are checking in. For payment upon checking in, we accept cash only. 

Please present your confirmation slip upon checking in.
You will also need to present your IC or Passport for registration.

 

You may choose to make the full payment, instead of just the 50% deposit. During check in, you are only required to bring your confirmation document and your IC or Passport.

ENTRY TO YOUR RESERVED CHALET(S) IS ONLY PERMITTED AFTER THE FINAL PAYMENT IS MADE. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you have already paid the deposit but you wish to cancel the reservation, please send us an email to inform us of your cancellation. You MUST inform us about your cancellation at least 72 HOURS before your scheduled check in date.

 

Example: If your check in date is on 11 November 2018 (Sunday), you will have to inform us of your cancellation by 8 November 2018 (Friday) at 12:00 p.m.

 

If booking cancellations are done within less than 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date, refund of deposit is forfeited. 

 

If you have already paid in full and cancelled a reservation within less than 72 hours, only half of the full payment is eligible for a refund.

If you have already paid the deposit but you wish to cancel the reservation, please send us an email to inform us of your cancellation. You MUST inform us about your cancellation at least 14 DAYS before your scheduled check in date.

 

Example: If your check in date is on 11 November 2018 (Sunday), you will have to inform us of your cancellation by 28 October 2018 (Sunday) at 12:00 p.m.

 

If booking cancellations are done within less than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, refund of deposit is forfeited. 

 

If you have already paid in full and cancelled a reservation within less than 14 days, only 40% of the full payment is eligible for a refund.
