How do I check for availability?

Do you accept cash?
Yes we accept cash and only cash for now as we do not have credit card facilities at the moment. However, deposits need to be transferred as bank draft, or send telegraphic transfer to our bank account as explained above.

 

Am I allowed to cancel my booking?

Yes. Booking cancellations MUST be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date in order for you to receive a full refund of your deposit. If booking cancellations are done less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date, refund of deposit is forfeited.

 

Can I make bookings via Danau Daun Chalets website?
No. Right now we do not have the facility yet but we do bookings via email. Contact details are provided here. We will respond your emails as soon as possible. 

 

Can I make a reservation on the same day I am checking in?

If there is vacancy or no reservations are made for that day, yes you can. This means that walk-in reservations are possible but we advise that you contact us to check on availability before doing so. In this case fees are to be paid in full upon checking in. 

 

What is the earliest time to check in or the latest time to check out?
Earliest check in time is at 2:00 p.m. and latest check out time is at 12:00 p.m.

 

Where do I check in?
Our reception is at Kopi n Kraf. Please check in and make the payment there.

 

What is Kopi n Kraf?
Kopi n Kraf is our food and beverage outlet, and also a boutique gallery where you can browse and buy Southeast Asian craftwork. Please click here to learn more about the cafe.

 

Is breakfast included in the price?

No, breakfast and other meals are not included in the price. You can procure meals from Kopi n Kraf.

 

If we are having meals at Kopi n Kraf, can we explore the premises of Danau Daun Chalets?
You can explore the premises of Danau Daun Chalets only if there are no guests staying. For the sake of their privacy, we do not allow the public to do so when there are guests staying in the chalets. However, you can explore the premises of Kopi n Kraf. 

 

We are guests staying in the chalets. Can we make any pre-orders from Kopi n Kraf?

Can I bring any pets?
No. Pets are not allowed within the premises.

 

I accidentally broke something that belongs to Danau Daun Chalets, do I have to pay for it?
Yes. The amount that has to be paid depends on the damage done to and the value of the property belonging to Danau Daun Chalets.

 

Does Danau Daun Chalets have WiFi?
